Insurgic Healthcare Return and Refund Policy
- Insurgic Healthcare Private Limited (Home Delivery Department)is committed to ensuring that the products are delivered in the right condition and as per the order placed by the customer. We recommend that all items are checked at the time of delivery.
Definitions:
- - CANCEL: Refers to an order being cancelled before it is shipped by Insurgic Healthcare. Cancellations are allowed until the order has been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellations are permitted.
- - RETURN: Refers to giving back the product ordered from Insurgic Healthcare by the consumer. This may occur in the following situations:
- - Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
- - Product(s) delivered are past or near their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 3 months are considered near expiry).
- - Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal).
Note:
- If the product received is damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you discover the damage after opening the package, you may return it for a refund. We cannot promise a replacement for all products as it depends on availability; in such cases, a refund will be offered.
Return Requests:
- If there is an issue with the order, contact our customer care within 3 days of delivery to raise a return request. Insurgic Healthcare reserves the right to cancel the return request if contacted after 3 days of delivery.
Verification and Processing:
- Upon receiving a return/refund request, Insurgic Healthcare will verify the authenticity and nature of the request. If the request is deemed genuine, the return and refund process will be initiated. Refunds are processed only after receiving confirmation from the concerned vendor about the product's contents.
Conditions for Return:
- - Incorrect ordering of the product does not qualify for return.
- - The batch number of the returned product should match the invoice.
- - Return requests due to a change in prescription do not qualify.
- - The product should be in its original manufacturer packaging with price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice.
- - Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for return; only fully unopened and undamaged products can be returned.
Return Process:
- - For Return Intimation: Visit www.insurgic.com or use the Insurgic app, or call +91 8586097513 / +91 9205252400 (10 AM - 7 PM, Monday – Saturday).
- - The customer care team will verify the claim within 72 business hours.
- - Once verified as genuine, Insurgic Healthcare will initiate the collection of the product(s).
- - The customer must pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- - Refunds will be completed within 30 days from the date of reverse pick-up (if required).
Shipping Charges:
- - Orders of Rs. 750 or more qualify for free delivery. A delivery charge of Rs. 30/50 will apply otherwise, depending on the location.
